How Delivery Works

  1. You place your order via WhatsApp, our website, or by calling +255 714 137 227.
  2. We confirm your order within 30 minutes and assign a delivery slot.
  3. You receive real-time WhatsApp updates at every stage: packed, dispatched, out for delivery.
  4. Our courier arrives at your door. You inspect the package.
  5. You pay only after you are fully satisfied. Cash, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays and peak periods may cause delays.
  • You will always be contacted before delivery to confirm your availability.
  • If you are unavailable, we reschedule at no extra cost.
  • For upcountry orders via courier, inspection is possible before accepting the package.

You Can Return an Item If…

  • The item you received has a defect or does not work as described.

  • Items that have been tampered with or damaged by the buyer after delivery.
  • Items showing signs of normal use that were accepted at delivery without complaint.
  • Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items that were powered on and confirmed working at the time of delivery.

How to Return — Step by Step

  2. Send photos or a short video clearly showing the problem with the item.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
  4. We will guide you through returning the item or arrange a pickup.
  5. After inspection, your replacement or refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund & Replacement Options

  • Replacement: We send you a brand new item at no extra cost.
  • Refund: Full refund via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money within 3–5 business days.
  • Return shipping: Megamart covers return shipping costs if the fault is on our side.

This return policy covers all products sold on Megamart Buy, including smartphones, accessories, gadgets, fashion, footwear, home & living items, and all other products in our catalogue.
